Tired of sites that 'look like Drupal'? Want to bring your website to Web 2.0, 3.0 and beyond? Seth and Diallo of CommonPlaces will show off and discuss the building of a new demonstration site/theme just for this session. Using Drupal 6 and a variety of modules, we discuss how to decide on what modules/tools to use (why or why not), design choices, how developers and designers can better work together, and lots of other fun and useful stuff.
We'll be focusing on how to get the most out of Drupal, leverage existing tools and tricks, and what works and doesn't, and why.... and how to end up with a striking look to your site.
